About the Instructor
Has been practicing meditation for more than 15 years. Had been an engineering and IT professional for 30 years and been to twelve different countries for various project works. Had a short stint of four years as entrepreneur. This journey not only enriched my practice but also deepened my understanding of the science behind meditation.
Meditation is not just a spiritual pursuit—it is a practical tool that can transform our day-to-day lives. My goal is to share the science of meditation in a way that inspires and motivates us to make it an integral part of our life.
